Equipment Overview:

This machine uses a touch screen human-machine interface and a PLC programmable controller to form the control core. The mechanical part is simple and easy to operate. It is mainly used to test the ability of the inflatable cushion to withstand long-term repetitive rolling loads.

Test principle;

A rolling loading module (hexagonal roller) is placed on the loading part of the horizontally placed inflatable cushion, and rolls at a certain frequency to test the ability of the inflatable cushion to withstand long-term repetitive rolling loads.
