This equipment is based on the 6.6.9 test standard in GB/T2280-2016 and is used to test the impact performance of children's chairs and office chairs. It is easy to operate and is widely used in children's chairs, office equipment manufacturers, major quality inspection units and testing stations.

Equipment Overview:

Connect the chair to the circulation equipment. Place the chair on a hard and smooth surface with three obstacles. If the entire chair is tested, place a 102kg balanced load on the seat. If only the components are tested, the mass of the test device should be equivalent to 102kg plus the mass of the entire structure of the chair assembled. The seat and casters should be able to rotate freely. At least 762mm of back and forth movement stroke must be guaranteed to allow the casters to pass through the platform and obstacles. The test frequency is (10±2) times/min, and one test cycle includes one back and forth movement forward and backward. Test 2000 times on the test platform with obstacles; test 98,000 times on the horizontal test platform without obstacles. There should be no damage or loss of use function after the test. After the test, pull the caster along the center line of each caster with a force of 22N, and the caster should not fall off from the five-star caster.
