We have a team of experienced instructors and application engineers throughout the United States and Canada who can bring lixian training to your facility.
We offer a range of standard on-site four-hour and eight-hour system training courses as a supplement to the system basics training included with a test system or upgrade installation.
System training courses are designed to be taught at your facility using your test equipment. Because these courses are taught in your test lab and use your equipment, our instructors can answer specific questions specific to the circumstances and needs of your staff.
These courses are designed to meet the needs of operators and test method developers from novice to expert. For groups of three or more, we can also arrange for custom classroom courses and bring them to your site.
Standard System Training Course
System Version Basics and Introduction to Test Method Development
Up to 3 operators with no System experience may attend a 4-hour training course. May include test method migration or development using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically 1) within 4 hours.
System Basics and Introduction to Test Method Development
Up to 3 operators with no System Version 2 or 3 experience may attend a 8-hour System or 3 training course. May include test method migration or development assistance using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically < 5) within 8 hours.
System Upgrade Training
Up to 3 operators with System test method development experience who are upgrading from a previous System version to a newer System version may attend a 4-hour training course. May include test method migration or development assistance using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically < 5) within 4 hours.
System3 Advanced Training and Consulting
Up to 4 hours of training for up to 3 experienced System3 operators. May include training on any combination of the following topics: Connecting and configuring application-specific sensors, Creating and using physical and virtual measurements, Using the Expression Builder, and Using the Test Analyzer. This service can also be selected to provide test method migration or development assistance within 4 hours using your equipment and predefined test methods.
System3 Basics and Introduction to Test Method Development
Up to 4 hours of training for up to 3 operators with no System3 experience. May include test method migration or development within 4 hours using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically 1).
Impact System and Software Training
Up to 8 hours of training for up to 3 operators with no experience on the Impact System and Software. May include test method migration or development assistance within 8 hours using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically < 5).
Partner System and Software Training (Course 1450-065)
Up to 8 hours of Partner System and Software training course for up to 3 operators with no Partner experience. May include test method migration or development assistance within 8 hours using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically < 5). This does not include GenTest modules.
Advanced Fatigue System and WaveMaker or Max Software Introduction
Up to 8 hours of Fatigue System and Software training course for up to 3 operators with no WaveMaker or Max experience. May include test method migration or development assistance within 8 hours using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically < 5).
Advanced Dynamic System and WaveMatrix Software Training
Up to 2 days of Dynamic System and WaveMatrix training course for up to 3 experienced operators. Training includes operation and test method development related to customer specific applications.
System and Console Software Introduction
Up to 8 hours of system and console introduction for up to 2 operators with no experience. Training includes an overview of the test instrumentation and may include test method migration or development assistance within 8 hours using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically < 2). Applicable to software console or MMI.
Introduction to WaveMatrix software with advanced control calculations
Up to 8 hour training session for up to 2 operators with no experience. Review of software application package and customer application requirements. May include test method migration or development assistance within 8 hours using your equipment and predefined test methods (typically < 2).
