Specific steps of tensile machine peel test：
1.Preparation phase
Wipe the peeled steel plate clean with alcohol and wipe it clean with dust-free sandpaper.
Tape sampling: Tear off the outer 3-5 layers of tape, use a sampling knife to cut a long strip of sample with a length of 200mm and a width of about 25mm, stick it on the peeled steel plate wiped clean with alcohol, and roll it back and forth 3 times with a roller, and fix the long section after folding it in half upward on the fixture.
Release paper (film) sampling: Cut 150mm of the sample, stick the sticky side on the side of the sample to be tested coated with silicone oil, and then cut the sample into long strips with scissors, wipe the fiberglass plate clean and stick the double-sided tape, tear it open and stick the cut sample, and fix it on the fixture with the long end facing up.
The standard parking time is 20-40 minutes.
2.Testing phase
Set the test unit and test speed (300mm/min), click on the software to clear all zeros, and then run the test.
After the test is completed, the machine will automatically return to its original position, and the tested sample can be torn off, and the test is over.
If you need to test multiple sets of samples, repeat the above steps.
3.Data Saving
After the test is completed, click File—Save As—Save to the folder you want.
