UL1581 horizontal and vertical combustion test machine (also known as UL wire and cable combustion test box, or UL wire and cable flame retardant test device) is a special test machine for testing the flame retardant performance of wire insulation or sheath according to the standards of UL1581/UL2556, ASTM D 5025/ASTM D 5207. Under the guidance of UL engineers, the fully automatic electrical and mechanical structure designed independently is humanized. Just press a start button, the test is automatically completed, and the test results are displayed in a report format on the LCD screen, which minimizes human error and truly ensures the accuracy and reliability of the test results. Compared with manual operation, the fully automatic model can greatly reduce labor intensity, improve test accuracy, and completely avoid the operator from being poisoned by smoke. It is particularly suitable for testing institutions and manufacturers that use it in large quantities. It can fully meet the relevant standard requirements of UL1581 Section 1060 (vertical combustion and FT1 test), Section 1080 (VW-1 combustion test), Section 1090 (horizontal combustion test for electrical wires), and Section 1100 (horizontal specimen/FT2 combustion test).
