Constant temperature and humidity testing chamber wet bulb gauze replacement process overview

Constant temperature and humidity testing chamber wet bulb gauze replacement process overview

When the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is in use, the humidity detection generally adopts the wet and dry bulb method, and the wet and dry bulb method to measure the humidity needs to hang absorbent gauze on the humidity sensor, but the use of gauze has a life span, then how to replace the wet bulb gauze of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber? Our company will present a whole package of new gauze to the customer when the equipment is delivered, the user only needs to take out the new gauze and hang it directly on the sensor, then when the gauze user is given, or the user has no spare gauze, you can also make your own wet gauze, constant temperature and humidity test box wet gauze replacement process list:

Step 1, choose the gauze with good water absorption performance to fold in half to ensure that the gauze is folded to 4-6 layers;

Step 2, cut out with scissors: The width is 100mm, the length ensures that the gauze is hung on the humidity sensor, the hanging part can be well soaked in the sink, the depth of the general immersion into the sink is guaranteed to be 3-4 cm, remember that the length can not be too short or too long, if the gauze is too short, it will not absorb water, if the gauze is too long, it will accumulate in the sink, when the equipment is running, Water will drip down where the gauze meets the sink;

The third step, ensure that the 100mm wide gauze is well wrapped in the humidity sensor, and remember to ensure that the outermost end of the sensor is wrapped in gauze;

Step 4: After hanging up the gauze, place the hanging part vertically into the sink directly below.

It should be noted that the wet bulb gauze of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber will harden the gauze due to the long use time or the purity of the water supply quality, so that the gauze can not absorb water and dry, as long as the gauze can be replaced or cleaned in time.
