Equipment Overview
Bicycle brake road test machine is made according to EN14764 standard. This test machine is suitable for test, brake performance test, design and manufacture in accordance with the specification test requirements, two rollers form a diameter (660~1200mm), meet the specification of the device and the springboard into the load fixing frame at the bottom of the base. From the front and rear wheels according to the specification adjustment to 7~26 km/hr, the maximum can reach 40km/hr, after the specified time, the continuous cycle test, the parts have no damage cracks, according to the specified requirements of the roller brake test friction coefficient, wind speed, lane slope, load hand grip test water spray performance test to determine the product performance quantity.

Test items
Braking distance The distance from the initial braking point to when the bicycle stops
The initial braking point is the point on the test road when the bicycle brake is controlled by the cyclist's hand or foot or when a test device starts working. When testing with two brakes, the position of the initial point should be determined by the brake that starts working first.
Braking force The reverse tangential force between the tire and the ground/between the tire and the brake drum/between the tire and the test machine
Production principle
The braking distances for the front and rear brakes or just the rear brakes are calculated based on the respective braking forces.
