Equipment Overview
HZ-1001C computer servo high temperature universal material testing machine is a new type of material testing machine that combines electronic technology with mechanical transmission. It has a wide and accurate loading speed and force measurement range, has high accuracy and sensitivity in measuring and controlling load and displacement, and can also perform automatic control tests of constant speed loading and constant speed displacement. Features
It uses imported photoelectric encoders for displacement measurement, and the controller uses an embedded single-chip microcomputer structure with built-in powerful measurement and control software, integrating measurement, control, calculation, and storage functions. It has the functions of automatically calculating stress, elongation (extensometer is required), tensile strength, and elastic modulus, and automatically counting the results; it automatically records the force value or elongation at the maximum point, breaking point, and specified point; it uses a computer to dynamically display the test process and test curves, and performs data processing. After the test, the curve can be enlarged through the graphic processing module for data re-analysis and editing, and reports can be printed. The product performance has reached the international advanced level.
Main functions
It is mainly suitable for testing metal and non-metal materials, such as rubber, plastic, wire and cable, optical fiber cable, safety belt, safety belt, leather belt composite material, plastic profile, waterproof coil, steel pipe, copper, profile, spring steel, bearing steel, stainless steel (and other high hardness steel), casting, steel plate, steel belt, non-ferrous metal wire, and various tests such as stretching, compression bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, two-point extension (extensometer is required) under high temperature environment.
